The Warranty
Your new mattress has been produced with first quality materials and handcrafted by our highly specialized technicians.
The warranty is there to protect you against product defects, not the gradual loss of comfort and support. A mattress-foundation set may last 15 to 20 years, but may no longer be giving you the comfort and the support you deserve and need.
2 TYPES OF WARRANTY
NON-PRORATED WARRANTY
During your warranty period, Mirabel Mattress Inc. will repair or exchange (at our option) the product, should it be defective of faulty workmanship or structural defects.
PRORATED WARRANTY
During the first twelve (12) months following the date of purchase of the product, Mirabel Mattress Inc. will repair the product at no charge, should it have any manufacturing defects. During the following years of the warranty, Mirabel Mattress Inc. will repair or exchange (at our option) the product, with a charge based on its proportional use of the warranty.
Those 2 types of warranty are not applicable on any fabric. If the mattress is purchased separately and use with an improper foundation, the resulting damage or abuse would not be covered by this warranty.
Normal body impressions (of up to 2’’ on both sides) are not considered as a defect; it is the nature of the product and therefore not under the warranty. Note : the fact that a mattress softens does not mean that it is defective.
Mirabel Mattress Inc. recommends to rotate the mattress every month. No-flip mattresses only have to be rotated from head to toe.
The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase. It is not valid if the product has been soiled, burned or has received obvious abuse or improper care. Mirabel Mattress Inc. cannot give any warranty on the mattress of the foundation on matching fabric when repaired or replaced.
All handling charges and/or transportation costs are not covered under this warranty.
All claim must be processed through the dealer, where the product was purchased.
