Major factors of a good sleeping environment:

1- The mattress and the foundation: Make sure your mattress and foundation are fulfilling your needs in terms of support and appropriate comfort. If you sleep with somebody, your mattress should be large enough to allow both of you to move freely during the night.

2- The light: The light is one of the main sign of influence on your body. The sun rays can stimulate your brain to wake up much before your alarm-clock will start. A dark bedroom is one of the best way to get good sleep, day or night.
